Positive: My partner, Dave, and I have recently returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday at Annwin Annex. The location was perfect for us...a lovely, peaceful residential area where the only 'noise' comes from the local cockerells or green monkeys squabbling over a mango (don't worry, they don't come too close)! There is about a 5 minute walk down to the road that runs along the coast where you can catch a blue or yellow bus either up as far as Speightstown or down to Bridgetown. Holetown is about 10 mins bus trip. There is a small beach with sunbeds just across the road, or Paynes Bay main beach is just a further 10 mins walk where there are more facilities including Gazebo bar & grill. Annwin Annex is spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need...like a home from home. There is a great little terrace for relaxing outside with table, chairs, umbrella, loungers. As for the hosts, John and Pat, they could not have been more welcoming and so kind. They genuinely seem to take joy in making their guests' holiday as wonderful as possible. After arriving on a Sunday evening, John picked us up in his car and took us to a local supermarket. We also found occasional gifts of cake and fresh mangos on the table on our terrace. They leave their guests to enjoy their holiday in privacy, but with the knowledge that they are available and happy to help with anything you might need. I would highly recommend a stay at Annwin Annex and we would definitely love a return visit as soon as possible. Thank you John and Pat x

Positive: Spacious & comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were welcoming, friendly & helpful. They gave us lots of tips on local places to visit and activities in the area. We enjoyed having our evening meals on the terrace. We had a car, but a short walk down the road to the beach and regular buses, would make it easy without a car. We had a lovely 5 day stay here and if we could have stayed longer we would have done!

Negative: Nothing! everything was perfect!

Positive: I would say it all started with John. He was so helpful! He drove us to get our food on the first night! He had stocked up the apartment FAR more than what was advertised. He was an absolute gem, lovely apartment, felt safe and so close to the beach. Will DEFINITELY be returning!

Positive: The location and property were very good for our needs, well positioned, it was comfortable, clean and tidy, with an excellent level of equipment provided for self catering accommodation. The owner John was an excellent host going above and beyond our expectations.

Negative: I suppose the property was far enough from the bus services, as we didn't hire a car, and up a slight hill on the way back each evening. Other than that our whole experience staying at Annwin Annex was excellent.

Summary: Fantastic made even better by a host that is very attentive, and a complete gentleman sums him up!

Positive: I don’t know where to start! I have had the most amazing stay at Annwin Annex where everything exceeded my expectations. It was like a home from home and so relaxing, yet not too far from the sea and close to a number of good restaurants. Both Winston and Pat were absolutely delightful and attentive, I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality and kindness. I am looking forward to returning next year!
